Current status: the 2026 test has passed, and 2027 slips will not be released until after the next registration round. Old slips will not work for a new test.
How to download your slip
- Wait for the release notice from PM&DC or your conducting body.
- Go to the official portal. Do not use a link from an unverified WhatsApp message.
- Log in with the details you used to register.
- Open the roll number slip or admit card section and download the PDF.
- Print at least two clear copies, and keep a copy on your phone until you reach the hall.
What to check on the slip
- Your name and father's name, matched to your certificates
- Your photo, CNIC or B-Form number, and roll number
- Your test centre address, and whether it matches the city you chose
- The reporting time, which is earlier than the test start time
- All the instructions on what you may and may not bring

- Find the centre on a map, and visit it if you can.
- Put your slip, ID and pens in one place.
- Stop heavy studying by the evening and get a full night's sleep.

Frequently asked questions
Where can I download my MDCAT roll number slip?
From the official portal you registered on, or the site of your conducting body. In 2026 those bodies were UHS, KMU, Sukkur IBA, BUMHS and SZABMU. Log in with the details you used to register.
Are a roll number slip and an admit card the same?
Yes. UHS and others use terms such as admit card and admittance card, but they all mean the document that lets you into the exam hall.
What if I forgot my login details?
Use the password recovery on the portal first. If that fails, contact your conducting body’s helpline well before test day.
What if my photo or name is wrong on the slip?
Contact the conducting body straight away, and do not wait until test day. Keep your registration copy and fee receipt ready.
Can I enter without a roll number slip?
Do not count on it. Keep a printed copy and a spare, along with your original CNIC or B-Form.
