What we know about MDCAT 2027
- Official: nothing yet. We found no PM&DC notice giving a date, fee or registration schedule.
- Reported but unconfirmed: some education sites say PM&DC plans to hold MDCAT closer to the FSc exams from 2027. We could not confirm this in an official notice.
The test date has moved around in recent years. It was 26 October in 2025 and 20 September in 2026, and the 2026 date itself moved by five weeks. So do not plan your preparation around a guessed date.
Plan as if the test could come early. If MDCAT does move closer to the FSc exams, students who leave it until after their board exams will have much less time. Our 12-week study plan runs alongside FSc revision.

We only list dates we could check against a report or official source, so other years are left out for now.
